2026 MAZDA CX-90 Trim Guide

If you are looking at a Mazda CX-90 for sale, the trim ladder builds in a clear, additive way from one level to the next. Our team at AutoNation Mazda Arapahoe put together this breakdown to walk through the 2026 Mazda CX-90 lineup trim by trim.

3.3 Turbo Select

Turbo Select

The 3.3 Turbo Select trim is the foundation of the lineup, built around a turbocharged 3.3-liter inline six-cylinder engine producing 280 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque on regular fuel. Seating comes in an 8-passenger configuration with a bench second and third row, upholstered in leatherette.

Drivers get a 10.25-inch center display, an 8-speaker audio system, and a full suite of standard i-Activsense® safety features including Blind Spot Monitoring and Smart Brake Support, riding on 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels.

3.3 Turbo Preferred

The 3.3 Turbo Preferred trim keeps the same engine and adds a round of comfort upgrades: front and rear parking sensors, a power sliding-glass moonroof with tilt features, leather seating in black or greige in place of leatherette, heated front and second-row seats, ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a wireless phone charger. A 12.3-inch center display replaces the 10.25-inch unit on Select, and the driver’s seat gains two-position memory.

3.3 Turbo Premium Sport

The 3.3 Turbo Premium Sport trim shifts toward a sportier look, not a change in seat material. The sliding sunroof is replaced by a full panoramic moonroof, and 21-inch wheels join a blacked-out exterior treatment with a piano black grille mesh and black chrome badging.

A Bose® 12-speaker audio system, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, and a head-up display all become standard. Second-row captain’s chairs become available for the first time in place of the standard bench, and the safety suite grows with Emergency Lane Keeping and Traffic Sign Recognition.

3.3 Turbo Premium Plus

Turbo Premium Plus

The 3.3 Turbo Premium Plus trim tops the non-S lineup for this new Mazda SUV, trading Premium Sport’s blacked-out exterior for brighter, chrome-finished trim instead. Nappa leather seating in black or white replaces the leather from Premium Sport, and Front Cross Traffic Alert and Trailer Hitch View round out the safety suite. Second-row captain’s chairs remain optional in this Mazda SUV too, though the bench seat stays standard.

3.3 Turbo S Premium Sport

The 3.3 Turbo S Premium Sport trim introduces the lineup’s more powerful engine, the same turbocharged inline six tuned up to 340 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque on premium fuel. It carries over Premium Plus’s full feature set and adds S-exclusive touches like Driver Monitoring, a Driver Personalization System, and a memory-equipped, power tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel. It wears the same blacked-out exterior package as Premium Sport, with the bench second row standard and captain’s chairs still optional.

3.3 Turbo S Premium Plus

The 3.3 Turbo S Premium Plus trim sits at the very top of the lineup. Second-row captain’s chairs with a center console become standard for the first time, bringing total seating to seven passengers, and ventilated second-row seats join the feature list. Nappa leather is available in an exclusive Japanese Premium White option alongside black, and like Premium Plus, this trim swaps blackout exterior elements for brighter, chrome trim.
